Accredited experts in Passivhaus executive development projects

The Green Building Management technical architect Helena Garcia has obtained the “Certified Passive House Tradesperson” after overcoming the examination promoted by the PassivHaus Institute. The test validates her specialized knowledge in envelope and facilities for passive buildings with this certification.

With this qualification, the Green Building Management consultant who was already accredited on WELL and Fitwel standards, also will develop projects under the criteria of this benchmark standard of nearly zero-energy buildings.

The Passivhaus buildings optimise the existent resources through different passive techniques as the building shape and orientation and by using solar protections to minimise heating and cooling requirements.
